As a Business Economist graduated from Erasmus University with a specialization 'Internal Organization & Innovation Science', I am from the Rotterdam School… roll up your sleeves and do! My learning school at Accenture has further stimulated this attitude with 'real life' knowledge and skills of organizational issues. In 2007 my company established 'Resulture - Delivering Sustainable Change' for my change management activities. To emphasize the importance of Digital Transformation in my work, I created the label 'DNNSSTR.com'. 

I believe in the power of knowledge, the value of experience and the importance of cooperation. Because change is never easy and progress is a matter of research and experimentation. Children don't know any better, adults often forget this. Not me.
